The Vicary Law Firm is a litigation law firm located in South Florida which focuses on four areas:

I offer a unique perspective, a unique experience, and thus, a unique approach to the needs of clients.  I have worked in large and mid-sized firms where the focus of the work was on representing large and small businesses in simple and complex commercial litigation.  I have represented both landlords and tenants involving disputes over deposits and the eviction process.  I have a wealth of experience defending homeowners against foreclosure actions.  My experience as a state attorney allows me to defend those individuals who have been accused of a crime. 

Common to these areas of practice is a dedication to the needs of the client.  I also recognize that while many of the legal issues are the same, each client is unique, requiring flexibility in working with that client.  Indeed, you are not just a client.  You are a person with hopes and dreams . . . hopes and dreams that have been temporarily interrupted.  It is my job to limit that interruption as much as possible.

Paul S. Vicary graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law with Honors.  He is admitted to practice in the State of Florida as well as the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.  He is also admitted to practice before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
